Information from pound pullers:

CHARLIE is a very clumsy, giddy and bouncy, ABD male who seems to not had a lot of training however he does respond well to some commands. He will need a strong handler, someone who has the time and energy to put into training and socialising him. The kennels have been told that he is very giddy, he has previously lived with a small dog however in kennels he is quite stressed around the other dogs so careful socialising will be needed. He is still very boisterous and puppy-like, still young at approx 12 months old. He is not fully house trained so further training will be required. He will need a lot of exercise and stimulation to stop him becoming bored. He is white with fawn patches, he has one blue eye. Medium sized at the moment but does need to gain some weight

Needs donations for *: neutering / vaccinations / microchipping / transport / emergency boarding if needed

*on average, it costs £150-£200 to pay the rescue costs (neutering, vaccination, chipping, worming, flea treatment) for every dog rescued from the pound, and more if they need to be transported and moved into EB before they find a rescue space. Please note that funds alone do not guarantee a dog’s safety, as there are many other factors to take into account such as availability of emergency boarding, rescue kennels, transport and rescue space. They do, however, provide a huge help to the dogs and their helpers in paying for their vital and expensive rescue costs.
