ARGO (chipped)

Wow well what a stunning boy our Argo is, Argo is a 4 yr old Dutch shepheard in the most outstanding tiger strips, These photos actually do not do this handsome boy justice. Argo is tech not a total stray but has sadly found himself in the stray kennels, So we do have quite a bit of info on him.
Argo has Eye condition which means he will have to have eye drops in for the rest of his life and his vision is slightly impaired..
Argo is the most wonderful boy friendly and loving, He is obedient well behaved good with people and other dogs and his vaccinations are upto date., and he is house trained.
Due to Argo’s eye problem we would be looking for foster based for this boy and not to be put in kennels. This handsome boy really could do with finally finding a family to love and be the dog he so wishes to be¬†

ARGO CAN GET TO RESCUE ASAP though he is not at risk

If you are a rescue and you are able to offer a space should not be claimed, Then please contact Shelle Allders or a member of admin at Jacobs pound dogs uk direct via pm as we may miss your tag.
PLEASE NOTE DOGS WHO ARE NOT CLAIMED ARE UNABLE TO BE RE HOMED DIRECT FROM THE POUND. THEY NEED TO BE PLACED IN RESCUE CARE, WHERE THEY WILL BE FULLY ASSESSED ETC, BEFORE PLACING UP FOR ADOPTION

Needs donations for *: neutering / vaccinations / microchipping / transport / emergency boarding if needed

*on average, it costs ¬£150-¬£200 to pay the rescue costs (neutering, vaccination, chipping, worming, flea treatment) for every dog rescued from the pound, and more if they need to be transported and moved into EB before they find a rescue space. Please note that funds alone do not guarantee a dog’s safety, as there are many other factors to take into account such as availability of emergency boarding, rescue kennels, transport and rescue space. They do, however, provide a huge help to the dogs and their helpers in paying for their vital and expensive rescue costs.
